current version: V5.4-001
website: fisglobal.com/Products/TechnologyPlatforms/GTM/index.htm
platforms:
GNU/Linux on x86 (FOSS)
OpenVMS on Alpha/AXP (FOSS)
AIX on IBM pSeries (formerly RS/6000)
z/OS on IBM zSeries (formerly S/390)
Solaris on Sun SPARC
GNU/Linux and HP-UX on HP Integrity

Fidelity has made their production version of MUMPS available to Open Source. Their free version runs on nearly any Linux or Unix configuration. They also support other platforms including VMS Alpha (also Open Source) and others for a nominal fee. They offer support for a reasonable price. As one might expect, GT.M is heavily used in banking applications and in some hospitals. Some of the best transaction processing through-puts figures were provided with GT.M.

Oroville Hospital in Northern California is running VISTA on GT.M on Linux. They were and are committed to using a free and open-source software stack for their system, but they also needed it to be robust and stable, which is how they came to choose GT.M.

We're working on an GT.M-based application (initially for Linux platforms) too. I'm not a MUMPS expert (yet), but our CTO worked with MUMPS for years and was thrilled to learn about the Fidelity GT.M contribution.
